Almond Butter & Sea Salt “Toffees”

These are super easy to make and so addictive that you'll be making a new batch before the first one is even finished ;)

Ingredients:

  • 170g of almond butter
  • 170g of honey 
  • handful of chopped nuts and/or desiccated coconut 
  • Sea salt flakes

Method: 

Place the nut butter and honey in a small saucepan, bring to simmer and continue on low heat for about 4- 5 min stirring continuously to prevent burning. Take off the heat, add the chopped nuts/coconut and a pinch of vanilla. Pour into a small lined tin or silicone molds, sprinkle with sea salt flakes and place in the fridge until it hardens. Cut into desired pieces and wrap in grease proof paper. Store in the fridge. Will keep for up to 2 weeks..in theory..in reality, they’ll be devoured immediately!!
