Fabulously Festive Brussel Sprouts


These deliciously charred festive greens really pack a punch! They are super tasty and will look absolutely stunning on your Christmas dinner table.

  • 350g Irish Brussel Sprouts (on the stalk if you can get them)
  • 1 tbsp of pure coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp of Nutterly Almond Butter
  • 2 tbsp of fresh cranberries
  • 1 handful of toasted almonds  

Here's How:

Halve the sprouts and stir fry in the coconut oil over a medium heat until lightly browned. Add in the almond butter, cranberries with a pinch of sea salt and continue frying for another 2-3 mins. Sprinkle with toasted almonds and proudly present to the table. Enjoy!
