Mighty Milkshake


This is a great breakfast on the go option and is really filling. Could also be made the night before. Also a great post workout shake.

  • 1-2 tbsp of almond butter
  • 300 ml of unsweetened almond milk (or any other milk)
  • 3 tbsp of oats
  • 1 banana or frozen banana slices 
  • 1-2 tbsp of powdered stevia or maple syrup  

Blend all in a blender until perfectly smooth.

If you don't like bananas you can add a couple of medjool dates instead
