Organic Peanut Butter Frosting


This is a great alternative, zero refined sugar spread/frosting to use in baking or on pancakes! It's so easy to make and is finger lickin' good!

  • 100g of our smooth Organic Peanut Butter
  • 100g of butter or coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp of honey (vegan option - coconut syrup)
  • 1-2 tsp of vanilla paste 
  • 3 tbsp of almond or oat milk  

Here's how:

In a saucepan, melt together the peanut butter, butter and honey on a medium heat. Take off the heat, stir in the vanilla and milk, mix well. Pour the mixture into a bowl and allow to cool in the fridge for about 20mins. Remove from the fridge and beat with a hand-blender until light and fluffy. Enjoy as you please!
