Wonderful Waffles

This is a great family breakfast option for the weekend. I've used an oat pancake recipe here, but you can of course substitute it for your own!

  • 100g oats (gluten free available)
  • 3 tbsp of Greek yoghurt
  • 2 organic eggs
  • 1tsp of baking powder
  • 2-3 tsp of sweetener of choice (stevia)  

Whizz it all up until perfectly smooth. Add some milk (dairy or nut) if the consistency is too thick. Allow to rest for 3o mins.

Heat your waffle maker or pan and cook for 1-2 mins each side over a medium heat. Then the fun starts.. Adorn these crispy squares with berries of your choice and lather over a dollop or two of our Hazelnut & Cocoa Butter. Yum!
